Steps to Add a Broker/Agent

  1. Access the User Management Section:

    • Navigate to Access Management from the dashboard.
    • In the Users section, click on the Add User button.
  2. Enter Broker/Agent Details:

    • Fill in the required fields, such as:
      • Name: The broker/agent’s name.
      • User Type: Select Broker or Agent from the dropdown menu.
      • Email Address: Provide their valid email.
      • Contact Number (optional).
    • Assign the Vehicle Groups the broker/agent will have access to.
  3. Set Permissions:

    • Ensure the broker/agent has access to the appropriate data by managing their permissions.
    • Use the Manage Access section to define which groups and modules they can view.
  4. Save the Changes:

    • Click Save to complete the addition process.
    • The broker/agent will receive an invitation via email to activate their account.

Common Issues and Resolutions

  1. Lack of Permissions:

    • Ensure your account has Admin rights. Only Admin users can add brokers/agents to the system.
