1. Check the Icon Status

  • Grey Icon: If the document icon is grey, this means that the file is not available for download.
  • Blue Icon: If the document icon is blue, the file is available, and you should be able to download it by clicking the icon.

2. Verify Permissions

  • Ensure that your user account has the appropriate permissions to download documents.
  • If permissions are restricted, contact your PZU iFlota Administrator or Account Manager to enable access.

3. Refresh the Data

  • Sometimes data might not sync properly. Click the "Export Source Data" button at the top of the page to refresh the information.
  • Log out and log back into the system to ensure the latest data is loaded.

4. Contact Support if Files Are Missing

If the files you are looking for are not available (grey icon), reach out to your PZU Insurance Representative or PZU iFlota Support Team:
