I Cannot See All My Policies
If you are unable to view all your policies in the PZU iFlota system, follow these steps to resolve the issue:
1. Check Filters and Display Settings
- Filters: Ensure that no filters (e.g., "Policy Type," "Expired," or "Active") are restricting the display of policies.
- Click on the "Reset" button to clear all filters and display the full list of policies.
- Date Range: Check if the date range filter is limiting visibility. Adjust the range to include older or future-dated policies.
2. Synchronization Delays
- Data Sync: Policies are updated daily and when you log in. If a new policy was added recently, allow up to 24 hours for it to appear in the system.
- Manual Refresh: Log out of the system and log back in to ensure the latest data is loaded.
3. Verify Your Permissions
- Access Level: Confirm that your user role has the appropriate permissions to view policies.
- Admins and Fleet Managers typically have access to all policies, while restricted roles may have limited visibility.
- Vehicle Groups: If your account is assigned to specific vehicle groups, you will only see policies linked to those vehicles. Contact your account administrator to modify your access settings.
4. Policy Expiration
- Expired Policies: Ensure that the "Expired" filter is not hiding older policies. Switch the filter to "All" or "Expired" to view policies no longer active.
- Policy Termination: Check if the policy has been terminated or replaced. Terminated policies might not appear under active filters.
5. Check for Import or Synchronization Errors
- If policies were recently imported, confirm that the process completed successfully. Errors during import or synchronization may cause some policies to be missing.
