How to Renew PZU iFlota?
Renewing your PZU iFlota subscription is managed by your PZU account representative. Here's what you need to know about the renewal process:
1. Expiry Reminders
You will receive reminders about your subscription expiry:
- 30 Days Before Expiry: A reminder email or notification will be sent.
- 7 Days Before Expiry: Another reminder will be issued.
- On the Expiry Date: A final notification will alert you about the expiration.
2. Renewal Process
Unlike other platforms, PZU iFlota does not offer an in-system option for self-renewal. The renewal process is managed directly by the PZU account manager, who will guide you through the payment and account reactivation steps.
Steps to Renew:
Contact from Account Manager:
- Before your subscription expires, the PZU iFlota account manager will reach out to you.
- They will share the details and payment procedures for renewing your subscription.
Payment Procedure:
- An invoice will be provided to you by the account manager.
- Complete the payment as instructed.
Reactivation:
- Once payment is processed, your account will be reactivated.
- You will receive a confirmation email to inform you about the successful renewal.
3. What If You Need Assistance?
If you have not received follow-ups or reminders from your account manager, you can:
- Email Support: Write to pzuiflota@vivadrive.io with your account details.
- Use Chat Support: Available on the PZU iFlota platform.
Key Notes
- There is no dashboard option to renew the subscription yourself.
- The renewal process is managed externally through your PZU representative.
By ensuring timely communication with your PZU account manager, you can renew your subscription without interruption.
