If you need to request claim documents for a specific claim, follow the steps below:


  1. Navigate to the "Claims" Section:

    • Go to the "PZU docs" tab in the top menu and select "Claims".
  2. Locate the Claim:

    • Scroll through the claim list or use filters such as Vehicle, Year, Claim Cause, and Status to find the specific claim.
  3. Request Documents:

    • In the "Ask for document" column of the claim list, click the "Ask for document" button next to the relevant claim.
  4. Confirmation Notification:

    • A pop-up message will confirm your request:
      "We will notify you when the documents are ready. Over the next 14 days, we will update the files and notify you of the update."
  5. Later a PZU representative will follow up with the requested claim documents.

  • Filters: Use filters to refine your search and locate claims more efficiently.
  • Claim Information: The list shows key details such as:
    • Contact Person
    • Contact Number
    • Email Address
    • Category
