If you need to request claim documents for a specific claim, follow the steps below:
Navigate to the "Claims" Section:
- Go to the "PZU docs" tab in the top menu and select "Claims".
Locate the Claim:
- Scroll through the claim list or use filters such as Vehicle, Year, Claim Cause, and Status to find the specific claim.
Request Documents:
- In the "Ask for document" column of the claim list, click the "Ask for document" button next to the relevant claim.
Confirmation Notification:
- A pop-up message will confirm your request:
"We will notify you when the documents are ready. Over the next 14 days, we will update the files and notify you of the update."
- A pop-up message will confirm your request:
- Later a PZU representative will follow up with the requested claim documents.
Additional Features:
- Filters: Use filters to refine your search and locate claims more efficiently.
- Claim Information: The list shows key details such as:
- Contact Person
- Contact Number
- Email Address
- Category
Troubleshooting and Assistance:
- Knowledge Base: Check for additional articles in the Knowledge Base.
