Navigate to the Claims Section:
- Go to PZU docs > Insurance and Claims > Claims.
Locate the Relevant Claim:
- Use the search bar or filters (e.g., Vehicle, Year, Claim Cause, Status) to find the specific claim in the Claim List.
View Contact Details:
- Once you locate the claim, check the columns labeled Contact Person, Contact Number, and Email Address.
- If a contact is associated, the details (e.g., phone number and email) will be visible.
Reach Out:
- Use the displayed Contact Number or Email Address to communicate directly with the claim contact person for any clarifications or assistance related to the claim.
