  1. Navigate to the Claims Section:

    • Go to PZU docs > Insurance and Claims > Claims.
  2. Locate the Relevant Claim:

    • Use the search bar or filters (e.g., Vehicle, Year, Claim Cause, Status) to find the specific claim in the Claim List.
  3. View Contact Details:

    • Once you locate the claim, check the columns labeled Contact Person, Contact Number, and Email Address.
    • If a contact is associated, the details (e.g., phone number and email) will be visible.
  4. Reach Out:

    • Use the displayed Contact Number or Email Address to communicate directly with the claim contact person for any clarifications or assistance related to the claim.
