The Important Information feature in PZU iFlota allows you to set reminders for a specific vehicle. You can include key details, such as dates, distances, and notifications, to help manage the vehicle's schedule effectively. Follow these steps to add important information:

Step 1: Navigate to the Vehicle's Details Page

  1. On the main dashboard, go to the Vehicles tab.

  2. Click on the plate number of the specific vehicle for which you want to add information.

Step 2: Access the Additional Information Section

  1. On the vehicle's details page, locate the Additional Information section.

  2. Click Add Additional Information to open the input form.

Step 3: Fill in the Details

  1. In the pop-up form, provide the following details:

    • Description: Add a short description of the reminder.

    • Date: Specify a date related to the reminder.

    • Distance: Set a distance threshold if applicable.

    • Notifications: Choose how you'd like to be notified:

      • Date: Reminder based on the specified date.

      • Mileage: Reminder based on the specified distance.

      • Both: Reminder based on both date and mileage.

    • Next Action Date: Specify the next action date for follow-up or review.

  2. Click Add to save the information.

Step 4: Managing Notifications

  • Notifications will appear in the Notifications section (top menu bar).

  • Notifications are also sent to the registered email address to ensure you don't miss critical updates.

Editing or Removing Important Information

  1. To edit an existing reminder:

    • Navigate back to the Additional Information section.

    • Click the pencil icon next to the information you want to modify.

  2. To remove a reminder:

    • Click the trash bin icon to delete the entry permanently.
