The Cost Center feature in PZU iFlota allows you to categorize and manage the expenses associated with your fleet operations effectively. By organizing vehicles into cost centers, you can gain better insights into fleet costs and track expenses more efficiently.

Defining Cost Centers

To define cost centers:

  1. Navigate to the Cost Center Tab:

    • Go to Fleet Settings > Cost Center.

  2. Add or Edit Cost Centers:

    • Enter a name for each cost center (e.g., Department A, Project B).

    • Activate or deactivate a cost center by toggling the Status checkbox.

  3. Confirm Changes:

    • Save the changes to make the cost centers visible in the vehicle sections and expense reports.

Assigning Vehicles to Cost Centers

You can assign vehicles to cost centers either from the Vehicle Settings or the Single Car View.

Using Vehicle Settings:

  1. Go to the Vehicles tab.

  2. Select the vehicle you want to assign to a cost center.

  3. Look for the Cost Center column.

  4. Click and select the appropriate cost center from the dropdown menu.

Using Single Car View:

  1. Open the details of the specific vehicle.

  2. Locate the Cost Center field in the Vehicle Information section.

  3. Select the cost center from the dropdown menu.

  4. Save your changes.

Viewing Cost Centers

  • Cost centers are displayed in the Cost Center tab and within the vehicle list in the Vehicles section.

  • Assigning vehicles to cost centers makes it easier to filter and analyze costs by categories like departments or projects.

Editing or Deleting Cost Centers

  1. Navigate to the Cost Center tab.

  2. To edit a cost center, update its name and toggle the Status checkbox.

  3. To delete a cost center, click the three dots in the row and select Delete.
