Vehicle grouping is a feature within PZU iFlota that allows you to organize vehicles into categories for easier management and tracking. You can create and assign vehicles to groups either within the Vehicle Groups section or the Single Car View.

Defining Vehicle Groups

To define vehicle groups:

  1. Navigate to the Vehicle Groups Tab:

    • Go to Fleet Settings > Vehicle Groups.

  2. Add or Edit Groups:

    • Enter a name for each group (e.g., Group 1, Group 4).

    • Activate or deactivate a group by toggling the Group Status checkbox.

  3. Confirm Changes:

    • Save the changes to make the groups visible in the Cost Center, Vehicle Sections, and when adding vehicles.

Assigning Vehicles to Groups

You can assign vehicles to groups either from the Vehicle Settings or the Single Car View.

Using Vehicle Settings:

  1. Go to the Vehicles tab.

  2. Select the vehicle you want to assign to a group.

  3. Look for the Vehicle Groups column.

  4. Click and select the appropriate group from the dropdown menu.

Using Single Car View:

  1. Open the details of the specific vehicle.

  2. Locate the Vehicle Group field in the Vehicle Information section.

  3. Select the group from the dropdown menu.

  4. Save your changes.

Viewing Vehicle Groups

  • Vehicle groups are displayed in the Vehicle Groups tab and within the vehicle list in the Vehicles section.

  • Group assignments make it easier to filter and manage vehicles based on categories such as usage, department, or geographic location.

Editing or Deleting Groups

  1. Navigate to the Vehicle Groups tab.

  2. To edit a group, update its name and toggle the Group Status checkbox.

  3. To delete a group, click the three dots in the group row and select Delete.
