The PZU iFlota team, in response to user needs, has introduced new functionalities in the system.
Expanding the scope of claims data
Three additional pieces of information will appear within the claims information:
1) Reserve status - determines whether the reserve is already estimated and has a value, or whether it is still in the process of estimation all the time
2) The reserve amount
3) Country of damage
The new information can be found in the damage module (PZU Documents --> Insurance and Claims --> Claims)
Information can be found in the claims table, at the bottom of the claims module.
Addition of claims analysis materials
Four new charts will appear within the claims reports:
1) Number of claims by country, where we will find the number of claims by country and coverage (OC and AC)
2) Value of claims by country, where we will find the value of claims by country and coverage (OC and AC)
3) Number of claims by type of reserve, where we find the number of claims broken down by claim status (estimated, unestimated, no reserve)
4) Value of claims by type of reserve, where we will find the value of claims broken down by claim status (estimated)
The new information can be found in the reporting module (PZU Documents --> Reports)
