Adding documents for drivers in the PZU iFlota platform is straightforward and helps maintain organized records. Follow the steps below:
Step-by-Step Process
Navigate to Driver Profile:
From the Metrics or Dashboard view, select the desired driver.
You will be directed to the driver's profile, as shown in the example below:
Locate the Driver Documents Section:
Scroll down to the Driver Documents section.
Click on the "ADD" button to begin uploading documents.
Upload the Document:
In the pop-up window:
Select the "Document Type" (e.g., License, Certification).
Add a description of the document.
Upload the document in one of the supported formats: PDF, JPG, PNG, etc. You can either select the file from your computer or drag and drop it into the upload area.
Save the Document:
Once all fields are completed and the document is uploaded, click "ADD" to finalize.
View or Download Uploaded Documents
Uploaded documents can be accessed by clicking the blue eye icon in the "View" column.
You can download the documents by selecting the download icon in the respective row.
Additional Information
To maintain data security, ensure that uploaded documents do not contain sensitive information visible to unauthorized users.
