Step-by-Step Process

  1. Navigate to Driver Profile:

    • From the Metrics or Dashboard view, select the desired driver.

    • You will be directed to the driver's profile, as shown in the example below:

  2. Locate the Driver Documents Section:

    • Scroll down to the Driver Documents section.

    • Click on the "ADD" button to begin uploading documents.

  3. Upload the Document:

    • In the pop-up window:

      • Select the "Document Type" (e.g., License, Certification).

      • Add a description of the document.

      • Upload the document in one of the supported formats: PDF, JPG, PNG, etc. You can either select the file from your computer or drag and drop it into the upload area.

  4. Save the Document:

    • Once all fields are completed and the document is uploaded, click "ADD" to finalize.

  5. View or Download Uploaded Documents

    • Uploaded documents can be accessed by clicking the blue eye icon in the "View" column.

    • You can download the documents by selecting the download icon in the respective row.
