In the Dashboard section, select the Fleet Reports tab. There are two options for creating reports:
Ad-hoc Reports:
Create a report by selecting parameters each time.
Custom Template Reports:
Save templates for generating recurring reports with pre-defined settings.
Creating a Driver Report
Go to the Fleet Reports tab from the Dashboard.
Example:
Select "Create Report".

Fill in the required fields:
Date Range: Specify the start and end date.
Report For: Choose Drivers.
Driver List: Select the drivers to include in the report.
Report Name: Provide a title for the report.
Report Description: Add a short description of the report.
Report Contents: Choose fields such as Location, Phone Number, Email, etc.

Click Generate.
Creating a Vehicle Report
Follow the same steps as for a Driver Report.
Under Report For, select Vehicles.
Choose vehicles from the list.
Customize report fields:
Examples: Policy Expiry Date, Technical Inspection Expiry Date, Model, Fuel Consumption, and more.

Click Generate.
Saving and Exporting Reports
After generating the report, options are available:
Save: Save the report for future use.
Export: Export the report in .xls format.

Access saved reports anytime to view, download, or delete them.

Custom Templates
Create a custom template for frequently used reports.
Click "+ Custom Template" under the Fleet Reports tab.
Example:
Define report fields and save the template.
Use the saved template to generate reports without reconfiguring settings.
