Plans - Goals
The Plans - Fleet Goals feature allows you to track changes in selected parameters over time, such as the number of claims, total costs, and more. You can set a maximum of three goals at one time.
How to Use Fleet Goals
Step 1: Access the Plans - Goals Tab
On the main dashboard, select the Plans - Goals tab.
Step 2: Add Your First Goal
Click to add your first goal.
Specify the parameters for your goal.
Notifications and Alerts
To help you track your progress, you can add notifications and warning thresholds. These will:
Appear in the system notifications (top menu bar).
Be sent to your email inbox.
Editing and Deleting Goals
Before a Campaign Starts:
You can edit your goal by clicking the three dots in the upper-right corner of the goal tile and selecting Edit.
To delete a planned goal, select Delete from the same menu. Deleted goals will be permanently removed.
After a Campaign Starts:
Goals cannot be edited or deleted while a campaign is running.
Viewing Goals
After adding a new goal, you can view your active and planned goals on the dashboard.
Click More to see the details of a specific goal.
Archiving Completed Goals
Completed goals will appear in the History Table.
To archive a completed goal:
Select the three dots in the upper-right corner of the goal tile and click Delete. The goal will be moved to the historical goals section.
