Adding documents to your vehicle profile in PZU iFlota is a simple process. Follow the steps below to ensure proper upload and organization of your vehicle documents.
Step-by-Step Guide
Access the Vehicle Profile:
Navigate to the vehicle profile by selecting the vehicle from the Metrics or Main Dashboard section.

Scroll to the Vehicle Documents Section:
Inside the vehicle profile, scroll down to locate the Vehicle Documents section.
Click "Add Document":
In the Vehicle Documents section, click the Add ("DODAJ") button.

Fill Out Document Details:
A pop-up window will appear where you can provide the necessary details:
Document Type: Select the appropriate document type from the dropdown menu.
Description: Add a brief description of the document.
Attach File: Upload a file by dragging it to the designated area or selecting it from your computer. Supported formats include PDF, JPG, PNG, etc.

Save the Document:
Click the Add ("DODAJ") button to save the document to the vehicle profile.
View or Download Documents:
Once uploaded, you can:
View Documents: Click the eye icon in the "Preview" column.
Download Documents: Click the download icon in the "Download" column.

Access Control
Uploaded documents are accessible only to authorized users within your organization. This includes roles such as:
Admins
Presidents
Fleet Managers
HR Managers
Accountants
These permissions are managed through the Access Management section.
Additional Information
Ensure that the uploaded files are relevant and named appropriately for easy identification.
Document storage supports multiple formats but prioritizes PDF and standard image files for compatibility.
