Why Is Activity Tracking Important?

The User and Fleet Activity feature is a valuable tool that helps track progress within the PZU iFlota system. It enhances user engagement and supports effective fleet management. By using the progress bars, you can monitor the completion status of various tasks, such as:

  • Completing vehicle profiles
  • Assessing your fleet's e-mobility readiness
  • Improving fleet safety

Fleet managers are encouraged to actively use these progress bars to streamline operations within PZU iFlota.

Where Can I Find Activities?

1. Fleet Activities vs. User Activities

Activities are categorized into two sections:

  • Fleet Activities: These represent actions performed by all users within the company’s PZU iFlota account.
  • User Activities: These track the individual contributions of the currently logged-in user for the ongoing quarter.

? Each activity has a progress status that updates as tasks are completed. Clicking on the More button will direct you to the relevant section within PZU iFlota or to a Knowledge Base article for further guidance.


2. How to Access Your Progress Bars

To view and manage your activity progress:

  1. Navigate to Dashboard (Pulpit główny)
  2. Locate the Fleet Activity and User Activity progress bars
  3. Click Check Details (Sprawdź szczegóły) for an expanded view of completed and pending tasks

 

Alternatively, you can access the progress bar from the menu:

  • Click the three-dot menu (⋮) at the top-right corner
  • Select Progress Bar (Pasek postępu)

 

How to Use the Activity System Effectively?

  • Track ongoing tasks: Identify pending actions and complete them on time
  • Boost fleet efficiency: Stay updated on fleet-wide activities and improvements
  • Enhance user engagement: Ensure all team members contribute to achieving fleet goals
