As a broker or agent, you can gain access to your client’s insurance and claims data through the My Fleet panel. To enable this, your client must be registered in the PZU iFlota system and provide you with access. Here’s how:
Client Registration Requirements
Client Registration:
If your client is not yet registered, they will need an access key (token) from their PZU representative.
Once they have the token, your client can register on the PZU iFlota website.
Granting Access:
Once registered, your client can grant you access to their fleet data from their account.
Adding Additional Fleets
Adding a second or subsequent fleet does not require re-registration. Follow these steps:
Ensure that the person granting access for the new fleet uses the same email address as the one associated with your broker/agent account.
The data will automatically be added to your account, and you will receive an email notification confirming the addition.
Steps for Clients to Grant Access
Step 1: Access Management
Your client should click the three dots in the top-right corner of the PZU iFlota page and select Access Management.
Step 2: Add a New User
Click the Add User button.
Step 3: Select User Type
Choose the user type: Broker or Agent.
Step 4: Enter Broker/Agent Details
Enter the broker/agent’s details and confirm by clicking Add User.
User Permissions and Access
Account Types:
CEO/HR Manager/Fleet Manager/Accountant: These user types have the same permissions as the first user.
Broker/Agent: Brokers and agents have restricted access to insurance and claims data only, and they access the system via https://pzuiflota.pl/mojefloty/.
Unlimited Accounts:
There is no limit to the number of accounts that can be created. Multiple brokers/agents can be granted access.
Email Notification
Once you are added as a broker/agent, you will receive an email notification confirming the addition of the new fleet to your My Fleet panel. Upon logging in, you will see all previous and newly added fleets under the Companies tab.
