Standard Registration and Payment Process:

  1. Client Registration:

    • The company (PZU iFlota user and client of the Broker/Agent) must register first.

    • Registration is mandatory to grant consent for processing fleet data.

  2. Payment Options:

    • Quick Payment via Przelewy24.

    • Bank Transfer (an invoice is sent to the email address provided during registration).

  3. Account Activation:

    • After the PZU iFlota team confirms the payment, the account is activated.

    • A notification email is sent to the user.


If the Broker/Agent Pays for Access:

  1. Client Registration:

    • The company (PZU iFlota user and client of the Broker/Agent) must register to grant consent for processing fleet data.

  2. Payment Options:

    • Quick Payment via Przelewy24.

    • Bank Transfer (an invoice is sent to the email address provided during registration).

  3. Request for Invoice Update:

    • Send an email to pzuiflota@vivadrive.io requesting an update to the invoice details.

    • Include the following information in the email:

      • Fleet company name.

      • Broker/Agent company name.

      • Broker/Agent’s NIP (tax identification number).

      • Email address to send the updated invoice.

  4. Account Activation:

    • The account activation process remains the same after payment confirmation.
