How to get access to Moje Floty?
To have access as a broker / agent to a fleets insurance and claim data your client has to be registered in PZU iFlota. From within his/her account they can grant you access to their fleet data.
If they are not yet registered they need the access key (token) from your PZU customer representative. If the token was already provided you one, your client can register at https://pzuiflota.pl/.
How your client can share their insurance data with you?
Step 1: Click the three dots in the top right corner of the pzuiflota and then choose Access management (Zarządzanie dostępem).
Step 2: Click the button Add user (Dodaj użytkownika)
Step 3: Choose the Agent or Broker user type.
Accounts of type CEO / Fleet Manager / HR Manager / Accountant have exactly the same access rights as the first registered user. Accounts of the Agent / Broker type have limited access to data in the system (to policy and claims data of fleets) and a different entry page https://pzuiflota.pl/mojefloty/.
Step 4: Enter your Broker's/ Agent's information and confirm by clicking the Add user (Dodaj użytkownika) button.
The email with invitation to join PZU iFlota Moje Floty will be sent to the broker.
Next step for the broker is to register in the https://pzuiflota.pl/mojefloty/. (Look Step 2: Registration in the Moje Floty panel)
