Adding new users to your account in PZU iFlota


To provide access to PZU iFlota to someone in your organisation or your agent/broker follow the steps below. The number of new accounts is unlimited and all of them are free of any additional charges.


To give new have access to persons in your company or your broker / agent you have to be registered in PZU iFlota. From within your account as first user/administrator you can grant access to new users. 


If you are not yet registered you need the access key (token) from your PZU customer representative. If the token was already provided you can register at https://pzuiflota.pl/.



How can you share your insurance data with someone?


Step 1: Click the three dots in the top right corner of the pzuiflota and then choose Access management (Zarządzanie dostępem).



Step 2: Click the button Add user (Dodaj użytkownika)


Step 3: Choose the Agent or Broker user type.


Accounts of type CEO / Fleet Manager / HR Manager / Accountant have exactly the same access rights as the first registered user. Accounts of the Agent / Broker type have limited access to data in the system (to policy and claims data of fleets) and a different entry page https://pzuiflota.pl/mojefloty/.



Step 4: Enter your Broker's/ Agent's information and confirm by clicking the Add user (Dodaj użytkownika) button.


 

The email with invitation to join PZU iFlota Moje Floty will be sent to the person in your company or your broker/agent.
