INTEGRATION WITH ACCOUNTING SYSTEMS

Integration is a mechanism that enables the export of information from the accounting system and its import in PZU iFlota. It is a very convenient way to integrate the cost data of the managed fleet. At the moment, the PZU iFlota system does not offer integration with accounting systems. In the near future, we plan to integrate with popular accounting systems available on the Polish market.

How to integrate cost data in the fleet?

Currently, it is possible to add cost data by importing a file containing individual invoices or collective invoices. PZU iFlota allows you to import electronic cost statements from fuel cards for suppliers, i.e. Orlen, Lotos, and BP.

In the future, we will add integration with a wide range of partners from the service industry, tire chains, and leasing companies.
