1. Click on "PZU docs" on the top bar.

2. Click on "Insurance and claims" and then on "Claims".

3. Scroll down the page to the claim list and then click on "Add claim". Then fill in the required information to complete the process.

When you click 'ADD CLAIM' you will be redirected to add claim section at PZU, where you will finalize the process.
