Fleet management cost widgets are the most effective way to have a glance at your overall fleet analysis.

The total cost is calculated as the sum of the following:
1. Service cost 
2. Fuel cost
3. AC claim
4. OC claim
5. Oil change
6. Insurance
7. Other expenses 

Pro tip:
You can always import all fleet costs at once by defining a template column in Excel.

How to import many invoices at once?

Step 1 -  You can bulk import by defining your column in the system used in your excel sheet. Start by clicking "Import" (in the "Cost" section).

Step 2 - Click "Upload file" in a .csv format, with all the fleet cost data you want to import.

Then look at where in your file (particularly in which columns) is the data that you want to import. Column should be defined in the select column section eg.
Date - B
Plate number - C
VIN - D
Description - G
Quantity - F
Price netto - H
Price brutto - I
Mileage - E

Step 3 - Click "Import" to finish the process.
