Adding and importing vehicles in PZU iFlota 

1. Vehicles can be added from two different tabs. From the "Main dashboard" and the "Metrics" tab.

2. Click on the "Add vehicle" to add a single car/vehicle. To add multiple vehicles you can use a special template file available in the "Import" section.

3a. If you chose the "Add vehicle" option, fill in all the required fields to add the vehicle manually.

4a. If the drivers in your fleet have assigned vehicles you can additionally link the available driver from your fleet to the newly created vehicle in the "Drivers history" section.

5a. To finish the process click the "Submit" button.

3b. If you chose the "Import" option, download the .xlxs template for importing the data into the PZU iFlota system. 

4b. Fill the all the fields with valid vehicle information and save the changes made on your device.

5b. Choose the file from your computer or drop the filled file in the designated area to finish importing the data. 

6b. Click the "Add" button to finish.
