PZU iFlota allows you to create tasks linked with your fleet manager's daily routine. Thanks to this functionality, you will not forget important things and you will manage your fleet efficiently. A well-kept to-do list gives you greater peace of mind as you always have clear insight into what needs to be done. Let's start!


Here is how you add a new task for your fleet:


1. Log in to your PZU iFlota account.


2. Click on the "Create task" button.


3. Here you will be able to create a new task by filling in the required fields (*).




4. Under the "Category" tab select the preferred label.




5. You also have to define the "Deadline date" for your task. Defining the deadline also allows the app to send you a reminder (1, 3, 7 days) before this date, if you turn the notification.




6. Link a Driver or a Car to the task to boost your productivity.


7. To add the new task click the "Save task" button.
